Finding the hotel entrance was incredibly frustrating. the directions provided were not clear. the restaurant on-site was fully booked, and we were not made aware in advance, limiting our dining options. To add to that, the parking situation was chaotic, as the lot was completely full, leaving us struggling to find alternative spaces.
